# Common Commissioning Checklist

> हर Kent hybrid site पर चलने वाली checklist — environment, electrical pre-checks, power-up, function tests और documentation।

हर Kent hybrid installation पर यह list ऊपर से नीचे चलाएँ, फिर platform की list। Field का क्रम: environment → electrical pre-checks → power-up → function tests → documentation।

  **सिर्फ़ trained/authorized installers के लिए।** [Isolation और Shutdown](/hi/safety/isolation-and-shutdown) के isolation नियम पूरे काम में लागू रहते हैं।

## A. Environment

* [ ] **Site और environment का photo audit** — canopy/छाया, clearances, glands + drip loops, ऊपर कोई drip source नहीं।
  **Pass:** [photo checklist](/hi/environment/site-photo-checklist) के हिसाब से पूरा set। 📷

* [ ] **दीवार/mount की मज़बूती** — anchor pull-check, bracket level, unit secured।
  **Pass:** कोई हिलना नहीं, level सही।

* [ ] **Clearances नापे गए** — platform के figures के हिसाब से।
  **Pass:** minimums पर या उनसे ऊपर। 📷

## B. Electrical Pre-Checks (सब कुछ OFF)

* [ ] **Earth continuity + pit resistance** — inverter के earth point(s) तक PE continuity; pit पर earth tester, reading की photo।
  **Pass:** continuity ठीक; reading logged। 📷

* [ ] **PV string का open-circuit voltage + polarity** — DC ON से पहले हर string meter से।
  **Pass:** platform की limit से नीचे, polarity सही, values logged।

* [ ] **Battery polarity + terminal torque** — battery breaker बंद करने से पहले जाँचें।
  **Pass:** polarity सही; platform-page की value पर torqued।

* [ ] **Grid बनाम Backup port का verification** — दोनों AC runs trace करके label करें; continuity test।
  **Pass:** grid Grid port पर, essential loads सिर्फ़ Backup पर। 📷

* [ ] **Kent Lithium Battery का comm cable** — confirm करें कि battery और inverter के बीच **labelled Kent F1 comm cable** (pins 4-5 crossover) लगी है; straight patch lead communicate नहीं करेगी।
  **Pass:** labelled cable लगी, photo ली। 📷

* [ ] **SPDs लगे हैं** — AC और DC दोनों तरफ़ Type II, earthed।
  **Pass:** लगे हुए, flags healthy।

## C. Power-Up

* [ ] **Official power sequence का पालन** — **पहले AC breaker → PV DC → battery सबसे आख़िर**; power-off बिल्कुल उल्टा, पहले battery।
  **Pass:** साफ़ boot, कोई sequence fault नहीं।

## D. Function Tests

* [ ] **BMS handshake (closed loop)** — inverter battery का model और **live SOC %** दिखाए, जो update होता रहे।
  **Pass:** exact SOC दिख रहा है और बदल रहा है। Fail हो तो settings छूने से **पहले** crossover comm cable जाँचें।

* [ ] **Battery का charge और discharge — दोनों test** — दोनों दिशाएँ चलाएँ; current को platform limits के मुकाबले देखें।
  **Pass:** दोनों दिशाएँ limits के भीतर चलती हैं।

* [ ] **CT/meter sanity (direction + phase)** — grid ON और PV OFF पर display को **import** पढ़ना चाहिए; फिर हर phase पर load step करें।
  **Pass:** signs और phases सही।

* [ ] **Zero-export configuration + witness test** (export-limited sites) — platform page के हिसाब से configure करें; फिर PV high और site load कम रखते हुए utility meter देखें।
  **Pass:** set limit से ऊपर कोई sustained export नहीं। 📷

* [ ] **Black-start / backup transition** — असली essential loads जुड़े हुए, grid breaker खोलें।
  **Pass:** loads चलते रहते हैं; grid लौटने पर साफ़ वापसी; कोई RCD trip नहीं।

* [ ] **Backup में N-E voltage** — simulated outage के दौरान neutral-से-earth voltage नापें और **value record करें।**

## E. Documentation

* [ ] **Datalogger stick लगाई गई** (सिर्फ़ physical fitting) — **Kent Central Command से activate होगी — documentation to follow।**
  **Pass:** stick बैठी हुई, photo ली। 📷

* [ ] **Settings snapshot** — final configuration के बाद हर settings screen की photo। 📷

* [ ] **Handover + sign-off** — walkthrough हुआ, DO/DON'T card छोड़ा, customer का signature लिया।
  **Pass:** photo set के साथ signed record।

## आम गलतियाँ

* **BMS comm failure के लिए settings को दोष देना जबकि गड़बड़ cable है** — crossover की जाँच पहले।
* **Backup test असली essential loads की जगह एक lamp से चलाना।**
* **Zero-export "configure" करके छोड़ देना**, utility meter के सामने कभी witness न करना।
