# Commissioning Checklists — कैसे इस्तेमाल करें
> Pass/fail का अनुशासन, photo सबूत और customer sign-off — Kent commissioning तब complete है जब सब tick हो।
Kent सिस्टम तब commissioned है जब हर box tick हो, हर pass condition पूरी हो, photo set upload हो और customer ने sign किया हो — उससे पहले नहीं।
## तीन Checklists
हर Kent hybrid site, दोनों platforms — पहले यही चलाएँ।
Single-phase platform की additions — Common के बाद।
Three-phase platform की additions — Common के बाद।
**पहले Common, फिर अपने platform की list।** Items कभी platforms के आर-पार नहीं जाते।
## Pass/Fail का अनुशासन
* हर item अपनी **pass condition** बताता है। पूरी हो, तो tick करें। पूरी न हो — item **fail** है, और failed safety या sequence item ठीक होने तक commissioning रोक देता है।
* 📷 उन items पर है जिन्हें record में photo चाहिए — shot list है [साइट फोटो चेकलिस्ट](/hi/environment/site-photo-checklist) पर।
* जिन items पर **KNB-VAL** tag है, उनकी value Kent से confirm हो रही है: बताया गया interim नियम हूबहू लागू करें और जो नापा वह record करें।
"अभी tick, photo बाद में" की approach काम नहीं करती — और warranty claim में वह "बाद में" वाली photo कभी नहीं मिलती।
## Commissioning Record
1. हर tick के साथ पूरी की गई checklist(s)।
2. पूरा photo set, उसी दिन uploaded।
3. **Settings snapshot** — final configuration के बाद हर settings screen की photo; यही भविष्य की service का restore point है।
4. **Customer sign-off** — walkthrough दिया गया, DO/DON'T handover card site पर छोड़ा गया, signature record के साथ capture हुआ।
## आम गलतियाँ
* **अभी tick, photo "बाद में"** — 'बाद में' की बचने की दर 40% है।
* **KNB-VAL के interim नियम को optional मानना** क्योंकि "असली number आ रहा है।"
