# Kent Hybrid Backup क्या कर सकता है, क्या नहीं — M1, G3

> Kent M1 और G3 की per-platform backup capacity table (M1 3/5/6 kW current ratings), क्या backup पर नहीं चलता, customer को ईमानदारी से कैसे बताएँ।

Backup की मायूसी लगभग हमेशा उम्मीदों की गड़बड़ है — जो sale पर या handover पर बनी। यह page ईमानदार version है — इसी तरह बताएँ।

## Backup करता क्या है

* Outage में inverter **essential circuits** को battery (और दिन में PV) से चलाता है — इस तरह sized कि बत्तियाँ, पंखे, router, TV और phone charging शाम-भर चलते रहें।
* ठीक configure हुआ changeover इतना छोटा है कि वे loads चलते रहते हैं — numbers का वादा करने की जगह इसे कमीशनिंग के black-start test से साबित करें।

## Backup कितना उठा सकता है — platform के हिसाब से

**Kent M1 Hybrid Inverter** — model के हिसाब से backup capacity:

| 5 kW  | 5500 VA                   | 25 A               |

<Warning>
  **Kent validation pending — Kent M1 पर motor-start का कोई वादा नहीं।** \[KNB-VAL-02] Source manual backup के लिए कोई surge/motor-start आँकड़ा publish नहीं करता। जब तक Kent एक publish न करे: **Kent M1 का backup सिर्फ़ rated (running) power पर size करें** — compressor या pump starts के लिए headroom का कोई वादा नहीं।

**Kent G3 Hybrid Inverter** — backup port rated power उठाता है, manual-anchored overload capability के साथ: **10 seconds के लिए 2× rated power**, और switch time **10 ms** से कम। Unbalanced output enabled होने पर हर phase ज़्यादा से ज़्यादा **rated total का 50%** उठाता है — three-phase मशीन कोई single-phase दैत्य नहीं है।

  **Kent validation pending.** \[KNB-VAL-03] Kent M1 का transfer-time आँकड़ा bench पर confirm हो रहा है। जब तक यहाँ publish न हो: वादा करें "essential loads चलते रहते हैं" — black-start test से दिखाकर — milliseconds नहीं।

## Backup से क्या दूर रहता है

## Customer को ऐसे कहें

* "Backup *essentials* चलाता है — बत्तियाँ, पंखे, internet, TV — घंटों तक। पूरा घर नहीं।"
* "Backup कभी trip करे, तो कुछ बहुत बड़ा चालू हुआ था। उसे बंद करें, backup लौट आता है।"
* "बाद में backup circuits जोड़ना Kent का काम है, local electrician का shortcut नहीं।"

## आम गलतियाँ

* Essentials के लिए sized सिस्टम पर "whole-house backup" बेचना।
* Kent M1 पर milliseconds का आँकड़ा quote करना। \[KNB-VAL-03]
* Handover demo में AC को "बस इस बार" backup पर चलने देना — वही आदत बन जाती है।
* एक तरफ़ झुकी wiring वाले three-phase घरों पर Kent G3 की per-phase हक़ीक़त भूल जाना।
