# Kent Installation Handover फॉर्म — Sign-Off Checklist

> Printable sign-off form: Section A system record, Section B commissioning evidence, Section C walkthrough checklist, Section D declarations।

यह page print करें, unit के सामने भरें, साथ बैठकर sign करें, और job record में photo करके रखें। Signed handover installation का अंत है और service रिश्ते की शुरुआत।

## A. सिस्टम का record

## C. Customer walkthrough — जो दिया उस पर tick करें

* [ ] सिस्टम सीधी भाषा में समझाया — यह करता क्या है, mode के हिसाब से
* [ ] Power cut में क्या होगा — essentials बनाम बाकी घर
* [ ] Screen का टूर — battery %, alarm की पहचान, keys read-only
* [ ] आपको क्या करना है, कभी क्या नहीं — DO/DON'T card पढ़ा
* [ ] Emergency stop physically दिखाया — battery breaker + AC isolator + Kent service call
* [ ] Essential panel दिखाया और labelled; customer जानता है कौन-से switches backup हैं
* [ ] बैटरी से उम्मीदें set — घंटे load पर, reserve floor, recharge ज़रूरी
* [ ] Kent service नंबर customer के phone में save और card पर लिखा
* [ ] DO/DON'T card site पर (DB के दरवाज़े पर या दीवार पर) छोड़ा

## D. घोषणाएँ और signatures

**Installer की घोषणा:**
मैं confirm करता/करती हूँ कि यह सिस्टम Kent Knowledge Base के मुताबिक install और commission हुआ है, ऊपर के सारे tests pass हैं, और बताए गए records job के साथ file किए गए हैं।
