# सिर्फ़ Authorized के लिए काम

> वे settings और काम जो Kent-authorized installers, Kent service या utility के लिए reserved हैं — और कभी न करने वाली चीज़ें।

Kent सिस्टम पर कुछ काम gated हैं। आपको धीमा करने के लिए नहीं — बल्कि इसलिए कि इनमें से हर काम, ग़लत होने पर, ऐसा safety event, compliance breach या warranty void बनाता है जिसकी क़ीमत पूरा channel चुकाता है।

  **सिर्फ़ trained/authorized installers के लिए।** बिना authorization gated काम की कोशिश partner accreditation ख़त्म कर सकती है और सिस्टम की warranty void कर सकती है।

## Gated: Kent Training वाले Authorized Installers

  * **किसी भी platform पर advanced-menu access।** Parameter-lock और advanced-menu के passwords partner-gated हैं और Kent M1 व Kent G3 में अलग-अलग हैं — mixed-fleet की classic ठोकर। Public pages इन्हें कभी नहीं छापेंगे।
  * **Commissioning के समय grid code का चुनाव** — site के DISCOM के लिए Kent parameter sheet के मुताबिक, हूबहू। \[KNB-VAL-01]
  * **Kent G3 की पहली commissioning** — पहला login **Installer** account से होना चाहिए।
  * **Battery protocol का चुनाव और BMS wiring** — battery pages पर दिया Kent F1 comm-cable नियम भी इसमें शामिल है।

## Gated: सिर्फ़ Kent Service / Utility की सहमति से

  * **Grid-protection के trip points।** Over/under-voltage और frequency protection की values सिर्फ़ utility की सहमति और Kent के निर्देश से बदलती हैं — nuisance trips चुप कराने के लिए कभी नहीं।
  * **Wiring compartment से आगे कोई भी cover खोलना**; internal repairs।
  * **Firmware बदलना।** Field में कोई flashing नहीं; Kent से आई unit अनजानी screen के साथ boot हो, तो photo लें और report करें। \[KNB-VAL-12]
  * **Battery pack के internals** — cells, BMS boards और fuses factory/service का इलाक़ा हैं।

## कभी नहीं — कोई भी नहीं

<Warning>
  नीचे की तीन चीज़ें किसी भी हाल में नहीं — चाहे customer कितना भी दबाव डाले।

* **"आज चालू करके देना है" के नाम पर interlocks, RCDs या SPDs को bypass करना।**
* **Backup board पर जुगाड़ के external N-E bonds।** \[KNB-VAL-04]
* **दूसरे brands/models के videos या documents की settings Kent unit पर लगाना।**

## आम गलतियाँ

* **"Customer ने दबाव डाला"** — दबाव liability transfer नहीं करता; gated gated है।
* **Subcontractor crew से unlock password बाँटना** — हर unlock attributable है।
