# इंस्टॉलर का रास्ता — Kent New Energy पहली बार install करें

> पहली Kent New Energy site से पहले पढ़ने का क्रम: सुरक्षा → siting → platform pages → कमीशनिंग चेकलिस्ट। Golden order और आम गलतियाँ।

पहली बार इसी क्रम में चलें; उसके बाद सीधे checklists पर जा सकते हैं।

## अपनी पहली site से पहले

    [सुरक्षा सबसे पहले](/hi/safety/safety-first) से शुरू करें। Isolation और shutdown का क्रम
    ही वह जगह है जहाँ field की ज़्यादातर चोटें और equipment का नुकसान होता है — इसे सबसे पहले
    सीखें।

    Kent M1 या Kent G3 overview → installation → commissioning — पूरे platform groups इस
    site पर live हैं। इन्हें अपनी Kent training deck और अपने platform की checklist के साथ
    इस्तेमाल करें; हर cited parameter platform pages पर है।

    print करें या खोलें। हर pass box tick हुए बिना और photos लिए बिना कोई sign-off नहीं।

## Site पर — golden order

1. **सबसे पहले environment audit** — tools निकलने से पहले photos।
2. **Electrical pre-checks सब कुछ dead करके** — polarity, earth, port की पहचान — सब OFF के साथ।
3. **Power up official sequence में** — पहले AC, battery सबसे आख़िर में {/* CITE: Q-38 §7.2 p.72(print)/p.77(PDF); Q-37 §5.2 p.38(print) */}।
4. **Function tests** — BMS handshake, charge और discharge, CT sanity, backup transfer।
5. **Documentation** — photo set, settings snapshot, customer sign-off।

## आम गलतियाँ

* "समय बचाने" के लिए environment photos छोड़ देना — वही आपकी warranty की ढाल हैं।
* किसी दूसरे brand या model के video से settings copy करना। Kent units पर सिर्फ़ यह knowledge
  base और Kent training material लागू होते हैं।
* Kent M1 और Kent G3 को एक ही मशीन मानना — ये अलग-अलग platforms हैं।

## Escalate कब करें

Kent New Energy service को escalate करें — अपने registered Kent partner channel से, या आपके
work order पर दी गई Kent service desk डिटेल्स से। Kent-branded सिस्टम के लिए किसी third-party
या component बनाने वाले की support line से संपर्क कभी न करें।
