# Kent Battery डिस्चार्ज नहीं हो रही — Causes और Triage

> Battery भरी पर घर grid पर — reserve threshold, TOU window, SOC cut-off, sensing ग़लत, ECO standby, capped bank; हर cause का confirm और fix, escalate कब।

**लक्षण:** battery charge रखती है पर load को कभी सहारा नहीं देती — भरे bank के साथ site रोज़-रोज़ grid से import करती है।

## सबसे पहले जाँचें

1. **Platform के settings page पर mode और thresholds** — ज़्यादातर "discharge नहीं करती" calls में reserve, mode या TOU window अपना काम कर रही होती है।
2. **Sensing सही है?** CT/meter ग़लत हो तो inverter को पता ही नहीं कि घर में load है — [Energy-Flow टेस्ट](/hi/ct-meter/energy-flow-test) की direction जाँच।
3. **SOC live है?** Comms down होने पर discharge के फ़ैसले जम सकते हैं — verify करें कि SOC update हो रहा है।

<Note>
  **"भरी battery के साथ inverter grid से ख़रीदता है"** — वह यही page है। Mode → TOU → reserve → sensing, इसी क्रम में चलें, और निकलने से पहले ठीक हुआ behaviour customer को दिखाएँ — hybrid sites की सबसे ज़्यादा दोहराई जाने वाली शिकायत यही है।

## Escalate करें जब

* Configuration verified सही, sensing test pass, और battery फिर भी कभी discharge न करे — Kent service के लिए settings snapshot और SOC/voltage readings इकट्ठी करें।
* Comms healthy होते हुए discharge किसी भी configured threshold से बहुत ऊपर रुक जाए।
