Photos installation का हिस्सा हैं, office पर एहसान नहीं। ये siting compliance साबित करती हैं, remote triage चलाती हैं, और warranty बचाती हैं — आपकी भी, Kent की भी।

शुरू करने से पहले

Lens साफ़ करें, camera में timestamps हों तो चालू करें, और landscape में shoot करें। हर photo इतनी sharp हो कि zoom करने पर labels पढ़े जा सकें।

ज़रूरी Set

Environment (mounting से पहले और बाद)
  • दीवार और आस-पास का wide shot — छाया/canopy की स्थिति दिखाता हुआ 📷
  • Unit के ऊपर की जगह — सबूत कि ऊपर कोई pipes, drains या sills नहीं 📷
  • Clearance zones, frame में tape measure के साथ (per-platform आँकड़े गर्मी, धूप और वेंटिलेशन पर) 📷
Sealing और पानी
  • Gland plate का close-up — हर gland torqued, खाली ports में bungs 📷
  • कम से कम एक drip loop, entry के नीचे U-bend दिखता हुआ 📷
Electrical सबूत
  • Earth pit का test चलते हुए, tester पर reading दिखती हुई 📷
  • Port labelling — Grid और Backup की runs पहचानी हुई 📷
  • Battery installation — mounting, ढके terminals, comm cable का label दिखता हुआ 📷
पहचान और Record
  • Site की हर Kent unit की nameplate/serial 📷
  • साफ़ boot के बाद display 📷
  • तैयार installation का wide completion shot 📷
ये photos trunking का cover चढ़ने और wiring compartment बंद होने से पहले लें — बाद में फिर से खोलना झंझट है।

Storage और Naming

Set उसी दिन commissioning record के साथ upload करें। Files का नाम SITE-DATE-ITEM रखें (जैसे SEC62-2026-07-07-glandplate.jpg) ताकि remote support call के दौरान सही frame तुरंत ढूँढ सके।

आम गलतियाँ

  • “सब कुछ cover करता” एक wide shot — remote support उन pixels में zoom नहीं कर सकता जो हैं ही नहीं; हर item अलग shoot करें।
  • साफ़ दीवार पर ऊपर-की-जगह वाला shot छोड़ना — भविष्य के पानी-के-नुकसान वाले विवाद को वही photo बंद करती है।
  • Earth tester की photo उसके बंद होने के बाद लेना।
