Mixed-fleet crews
If your crew works on both Kent M1 and Kent G3 sites, add the Mixed-Fleet Cheat Card to every pack. It prints as a single A4 sheet with the key differences — torque, TOU units, DIP positions, altitude, GEN port rules, and the crossover-cable rule that is the same on both platforms. The cheat card is the fastest way to prevent platform-mix mistakes. Print one per technician, laminate it, and keep it in the toolbag.
When to escalate
Escalate to Kent New Energy service only — through your registered Kent partner channel or the Kent service desk details on your work order. Do not contact any third-party or component-manufacturer support line for a Kent-branded system: tickets outside the Kent channel are not tracked, not covered, and can void warranty handling.
