This knowledge base is written for the people who put Kent New Energy systems on walls and keep them running. If you install, commission, service, or support Kent M1 or Kent G3 equipment, you are in the right place.
Pages marked for trained/authorized installers only mean exactly that. This site is not a substitute for Kent partner authorization. See Authorized-Only Actions for the full gate list.

You are in the right place if you are

Kent Channel-Partner Installer

Electricians and solar installers fitting Kent M1, Kent G3, and Kent Lithium Battery systems at homes and businesses.

Kent Service Technician

Diagnosing faults, performing preventive maintenance, and closing support tickets on live Kent systems.

Partner Engineer or Trainer

Building teams that pass Kent certification and need a shared, up-to-date field reference.

System Owner

The Start Here, Safety basics, and Customer Handover sections are written to be readable by owners who want to understand their system.

What this knowledge base is not

String sizing, load surveys, and quotations follow Kent partner design tools. This site covers install → commission → troubleshoot → hand over. Design remains on the partner portal.
Pages marked for trained/authorized installers only mean exactly that. See Authorized-Only Actions. No amount of reading here grants authorization — that comes through Kent partner training.
Only Kent-validated content appears here. If a video, forum post, or another brand’s manual tells you something different from what you find on these pages, this site wins. Report any conflict to Kent service rather than guessing.

Reading levels

Every page is short, field-first, and written in plain English. Technical terms — Hybrid Inverter, CT, BMS, CAN, RS485, Zero Export, SOC, MPPT, RCD, PE — stay in English throughout, including the Hindi/Hinglish pages planned for a future release.
You do not need to read this knowledge base cover to cover. Use the role-based paths below to find exactly what matters for your next job.
